MEMBERSHIP CARE ALIGNS WITH STRATEGIC PLAN Submitted by Marsha Ray One of the 2010 goals of the Strategic Planning Group is to provide support to all leaders. Membership Care has decided this is an area in which we can contribute! While looking at our areas of ministry it is evident that leadership includes more than just the person “in charge” of a specific group. Rather it is a combined effort of many persons. For that reason we are choosing to recognize all involved in these ministries. We are embarking on a 13-15 month plan in which a specific group will be recognized each month. This will include featuring their ministry on the church video screen, an article in the monthly newsletter and some small service such as providing light refreshments at a meeting or a practice.
