Lowell First UMC

Reverend Rick Blunt became our pastor on July 1, 2008.
Rick, as he prefers to be called, brings a deep devotion to
dynamic worship. You will find his sermons scripturally
founded, practically driven, and motivationally inspiring.

Rick is a graduate of Princeton Theological Seminary and
Western Michigan University. He brings a background in
teaching and administration into his pastorate. For over 20
years, Rick has pastored churches in Michigan.

The Blunt family includes his wife, Natalie, a physical
therapist assistant in Grand Rapids, and their two children,
Michelle and Nate.

Pastor Rick is lover of all the arts, especially watercolor
paintings, theatre, and music. He is an aspiring
calligrapher. He loves spending time with family.
